Top 5 Spy Gadgets for a 007 Bond Film

Was checking over the China Gadget Land site last night, and realized there’s a bunch of cool gadgets that a secret spy like James Bond would probably carry in his attache case

Here’s the top ones I listed down…

1. Spycam Sunglasses (with an 8GB TF Card)

This one’s a little more Mission Impossible (a la Tom Cruise) than James Bond. It’s that classic idea of having the video record directly from the sunglasses. Imagine skateboarding or rollerblading with these! You could record the entire trip, and never have to worry about dropping an expensive camera again! Now that I think about it, this might be the future of skate videos.

2. Spycam with suction grip action

This is a variation on video recorder, but its got the suction grip, which can come in handy. I think this camera might be great in a car – since its got a suction cup to attach it glass and walls. So you could basically stick it on any car window, press record, and you’re ready to act out your James Bond driving fantasies. (Just don’t speed.)

If James Bond walked into a new hotel room in Monte Carlo, or the Bahamas, the first thing he would do is check this clock (Especially Sean Connery, because he was the really smart 007). Its so awesome, a great party favorite for people that want to play spy games at home. And even better, it even tells time – its a real clock!

This is brilliant — you could just stick this baby in a Double Bubble chewing gum wrapper, press record, and voila – you’re instant Paparazzi! Who would guess in that chewing gum wrapper was a camera, a sound recorder, and a video camera all-in-one? Maybe Pierce Brosnan would.

5. Spy ID Card Cam

James Bond probably couldn’t use this one, it’s kinda lame for his style. So this one is recommended for the PC guy in the Apple ads. Next time he meets up with the Apple guy, he could sport this little Spy ID card – who knows, maybe he’ll learn some new tricks from Apple guy.

6. Spy Watch and Spy Pen

These two are the classics — the Spy pen and watch. I can already see Roger Moore, and every other actor that portrayed Bond ordering like 100 of each of these to give out to all their friends at Christmas. Actually, they’re kind of convenient – if you ever have a meeting, and you’re too lazy to take notes, you could just use the pen to record the meeting instead.
